The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers for the community.
SASSA might be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency stated it is actually alarmed about the significant variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a high amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SRD SASSA services.
“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The provider point developed for intervention ordeals a higher inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it complicated for the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more resources to help the servicing sassa status check of all buyers and boost access to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
